I have worked in a Team with Mahesh at the @Rise and Shine Group in a few assignments delegated by their Board during 2020 & 2021 .

Modest and understated, Mahesh“walks the talk” of a organisations mission and vision, and does so in a way that inspires others to follow his example.

He is often over burdened with multi roles and accepts this not for the recognition, but rather his words and his actions reveal his desire to do what is right in the larger interest of the organisation .

Mahesh grasps new concepts quickly . In addition, he is an excellent communicator and has the skills and personality needed to be a leader.
